What are your delivery options?
Standard - delivery in 3-5 working days.
Guaranteed Next Day - Order by 2pm (excludes weekends). Please allow 1 day for processing
International Tracked – delivery in 5-10 working days.
What is your returns policy?
Here at The Tie Wardrobe we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. All our ties are second hand and have been previously worn but are in excellent condition, unless otherwise stated. You can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the condition you received them in).
If you're looking to return a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund your payment. If you'd like to return your item for an exchange, we'll send your replacement to the original delivery address. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
How do I return an item?
To arrange a return, just contact us via email and we can begin the process.
Refund amount includes 100% the value of the item, but does not include the shipping fee or any custom duties paid for importation, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider. Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment only.
